Rainbowworld4all.co.uk is an easy going social network, but we do need you to understand and agree to the following Terms & Conditions before we allow you to register on our site:-
1 - By registering on Rainbowworld4all.co.uk I confirm that I am at least 18 years old [for the groups & adult sections, no age restrictions for general site use] and agree to be bound by the rules of Rainbowworld4all.co.uk and that, as a private site, I acknowledge that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk has the right to delete or suspend indefinitely my profile or permanently ban me from the service for whatever reason it chooses without having to give me an explanation I also acknowledge that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and agree that my continued use of the site confirms my acceptance of this and my agreement to comply with any updates and amendments thus introduced;
2 - By registering on Rainbowworld4all.co.uk I acknowledge that I am registering on a site where I am likely to encounter explicit images of naked men [no sex or porn stuff, keep it legal]
3 - I agree that the information I provide in the registration process and/or subsequent profile edits and/or amends is truthful and honest, that I will not attempt to mislead other site users (such as using my profile to masquerade as someone else, creating duplicate profiles, or misleading other users as to my true identity) and that I agree that any photos I upload solely belong to me and I have all rights to use such photos. I also acknowledge that upon detection duplicate profiles I have created will, along with all my identities on the site, be deleted forthwith. I also acknowledge that if, for whatever reason, I am suspended from the service under any identity that I will not attempt to rejoin under a new identity and that such fraudulent activity will result in any profiles created being deleted;
4 - I agree that I have read and understood the 'Courtesy Counts' policy and agree that if, in the opinion of Rainbowworld4all.co.uk, I do not comply to its requirements individual features - such as participation in forums, events, chat, the newswire and polls - may be withdrawn from my profile, my profile may be suspended or, ultimately, my profile will be deleted. I also acknowledge that if any of my actions, activities or comments bring, or are likely to bring, Rainbowworld4all.co.uk into disrepute then rainbowworld4all.co.uk has the right to delete my profile forthwith. I also acknowledge that any activity I undertake which might fall into the generally accepted definitions of harassment or Internet trolling - non-exhaustive examples of which include sowing discord, posting purposefully provocative and contentious content, intentionally provoking argument and unrest and using abusive and offensive language and terminology - will result in the immediate suspension and possible permanent deletion of my profile. I also accept that if my profile is persistently muted by other users that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk will have the right to suspend my profile indefinitely, delete it or ban me from the service entirely;
5 - I understand that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk reserves the right to remove any photos, posts, polls or events or any such other content it judges to be inappropriate for whatever reason and that persistent uploading of such will result in deletion of my profile as described in point 1 above;
6 - I agree to keep my login details confidential and not to pass them on to any third party. I acknowledge that passing my login details to a third party could result in immediate suspension and possible permanent deletion of my profile. I also agree that should I not log in to my profile for 120 days I accept that it will be considered abandoned and that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk will have the right to irrevocably delete it.
7 - I accept that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk makes no guarantee that the service provided will be continuous and uninterrupted and also that it does not guarantee that all messages and chat sent via the site will be delivered. I also acknowledge that some features and functions may only be available to full members and that some features and functions may be restricted for new members or those with incomplete profiles;
8 - I accept that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk support and administration is managed by volunteers and is not a 24 hour service and that therefore there may be unavoidable delays in responding to support, administration and picture verification requests.
9 - I acknowledge that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk does not take responsibility for, nor actively monitor profiles, messages, chat sessions, events or posts on the site and that it is my responsibility to exercise caution and judgment when conversing with people on-line. I also acknowledge that any views or opinions expressed on Rainbowworld4all.co.uk in any of the forums, opinion polls, newswire, photographs or messages or anywhere at all (unless the context expressly states them to be the views or opinions of Rainbowworld4all.co.uk or its owners) are the views or opinions of the person stating them and not of Rainbowworld4all.co.uk or its owners;
10 - I understand that my use and browsing of Rainbowworld4all.co.uk is entirely at my own risk. If I am dissatisfied with the content, functionality or management of the site, or with any of these Terms & Conditions, I understand that my sole and exclusive recourse is to delete my profile and discontinue access and use of the site;
11 - I understand that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk may contain links to other external websites and while Rainbowworld4all.co.uk will try to link only to sites that share their high standards and respect for privacy that they cannot take responsibility for the content or the privacy practices employed by other sites. Likewise I agree not to post links to disreputable websites or websites which I am knowingly aware contain viruses or malware;
12 - I agree not to post commercial links or promote commercial services on Rainbowworld4all.co.uk without prior consent and acknowledge that if I do my profile will be immediately suspended and possibly permanently deleted;
13 - Similarly I agree not to promote, or link to, competitor sites on rainbowworld4all and acknowledge that if I do my profile will be immediately suspended and possibly permanently deleted;
14 - I accept that certain official Rainbowworld4all.co.uk events, such as {TBA}, carry additional Terms and Conditions which will be clearly stated in the relevant place on the Rainbowworld4all.co.uk website and that such Terms and Conditions are in addition to, and not a replacement for, these Terms and Conditions;
15 - I accept that replication of Rainbowworld4all co.uk is prohibited under copyright laws and that use of any logo, design, or digital content from Rainbowworld4all.co.uk without written permission is prohibited;
16 - I understand that my participation in, and attendance at, any event posted on Rainbowworld4all.co.uk is entirely at my own risk and that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk takes no responsibility for the integrity of any element of such events, the quality of the venue, or the integrity of the host or other guests. Where attending an outdoor event I accept that it is my responsibility to ascertain for myself the local rules regarding access rights and public nudity. I also acknowledge that should my profile be banned or suspended for whatever reason then any invitations I have received to forthcoming events, whether confirmed or not, will be immediate withdrawn;
17 - I acknowledge that if, during any interaction through Rainbowworld4all.co.uk (either on-line or at an event), I become aware of, or suspect another member to be involved in, criminal or illegal activity then my first duty is to report it to the relevant authority i.e. the police or otherwise, and to then bring it to the attention of Rainbowworld4all.co.uk. Likewise I accept that Rainbowworld4all.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any criminal activity or illegal activity encountered through contact or introduction via the Rainbowworld4all.co.uk website;
18 - I confirm that I take responsibility for my sexual health and shall not knowingly put other members at risk and I agree that I will only engage in safe sexual practices with likeminded guys or that should I wish to be considered as bareback [BB] when participating in Rainbowworld4all.co.uk events.[please state on profile if BB] I also agree that if any element of my behaviour offends or intimidates any other member(s) in any other way then the host and/or Rainbowworld4all.co.uk has the right to immediately eject me from any such event and Rainbowworld4all.co.uk has the right to delete my profile without notice or consultation.
